Please note the pool and Spa Veda are accessed via stairs.

Daily 10.00 a.m - 7.00 p.m

Times may vary depending on business demands/seasons. To avoid disappointment please book in advance.

Spa Etiquette

To preserve the harmony within the spa, we kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone to maintain a tranquil experience.

Reservations

Advance bookings prior to your intended treatment is required. From your hotel room please dial “491” or “0”, our external number is 098 29000/098 29513.

Arrival Time

You are encouraged to arrive at least 1 hour prior to your appointment to enjoy our facilities.

Late Arrivals

In the event that you are running late we will endeavor to conduct your full treatment. However treatment will be shortened should there be a booking immediately afterwards.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 12 hours of treatment will incur a 100% charge and within 24 hours a 50% charge.

Patch Test

24 hour patch test is required before tinting.

Minimum Age

To maintain a peaceful environment children under 18 years are not permitted in the spa. Children are permitted to use the swimming pool during allocated children hours.

Clothing

Swimwear is mandatory in the communal suites and pool area.

We have custom made treatments available for ladies waiting on their special delivery.

For your safety, you will be required to complete a medicalquestionnaire, which is strictly confidential. Some treatments may be unsuitable for guests with certain medical conditions. Please see the list below for conditions that may restrict your choice of treatment. When booking please disclose any relevant medical information.

Gift Vouchers

An ideal present, treat yourself or that someone special to a gift voucher for any treatment. Gift vouchers are non refundable and must be presented at time of treatment or purchase of a product.
